Group FP&A Manager (6-12 month FTC)
Why is our Group FP&A Manager Fixed Term Contract role right for you?
Worldpay is currently involved in a merger process with Vantiv that will create the global leading payments business. Against this backdrop we are looking to bring in an experienced finance professional to support the Group Head of FP&A and to get involved in ad-hoc merger related projects. This unique opportunity will expose you to some of the mechanics and requirements of a merger on a global scale (of a Fortune500 and FTSE100 business) and provide a platform for you to provide recommendations and technical insight.
What can I expect to be doing on a day to day basis?
Outside of "ad-hoc projects" - which it is safe to assume will be a large part of this role - you will produce and coordinate the Group budgeting and forecasting process necessitating you to business partner with Central Functions management teams, all the way up to Exec Level. You will manage investment committee processes and support the Investor Relations team by providing analysis they can use in their presentations. You will need to engage strategic thinking and decision making combined with stakeholder management to deliver the breadth of requirements in this role.
What will make me right for the role?
You will be a fully qualified accountant experienced across a range of accounting/financial disciplines. Having worked within a complex organisational environment you will be familiar with stakeholder management and ad hoc project management. You will have a flexible responsive solution driven attitude, an ability to prioritise tasks and provide transparency to stakeholders and above all great attention to detail.
