Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Why is our Payroll and Benefits Administrator role right for you?
It’s an exciting time to join Worldpay. As part of our continued evolution as FTSE 100 leading FinTech business, we are developing our Payroll & Benefits capability delivered from our offices in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester. We are looking to create a new, high performing, responsive and collaborative team offering a first class Payroll and Benefits support capability. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager and working in partnership with the HR Shared Service team you will assist with the production of a UK monthly payroll of approximately 3,000 colleagues across 3 PAYE references and will assist with Worldpay’s smaller emerging markets payrolls (Ireland (4), Japan (12), China (24).
What will you be doing on a day to day basis?
Operating collaboratively with your team you will assist with the processing of all payroll transactions with all service provisions and statutory requirements. Maintaining all payroll, benefits and HR information you will ensure all colleague lifestyle events are dealt with accordingly. You can expect to assist with all HMRC documentation and be involved with coordinating year end payroll requirements including P11d and P60 submission.
You will also assist with the administration of our flexible benefits program and Pension administration, responding to queries from colleagues as they arise.
What will make me right for the role?
This is an ideal role for someone with 12 months+ previous experience in payroll administration role, preferably with exposure to international payments (although not essential). You should be systems literate (in particular familiar with excel usage and ideally SDWorx - Ceridian) and preferably with exposure to flexible benefits or salary sacrifice.
Suitable applicants will be invited to complete one of our innovative brief online video screens (a telephone call can be organised if preferred) further to which you would be invited to an assessment session on either 16th or 17th March at our offices – we will try to accommodate your preferred time where possible.
