We’re growing quickly – and you’ll be responsible for making sure this continues! You will join the SME Sales management team with the remit to build and maintain the processes that underpin the efforts of the front-line sellers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping Worldpay UK’s sales strategy; serving as the engine room for the execution of sales within a FTSE 100 business. Our solutions help our clients to give consumers a slick buying experience (think how contactless payments, mobile apps, ‘click and collect’ etc. have transformed the shopping experience in recent years); so your decisions will have a real impact on the people walking past you in your everyday life!

 

How will you add value on a daily basis?

 

You’ll bring a strategic and analytical approach to the table to shape our sales strategy and be a key member of the team driving and growing sales performance.

 

Your ability to translate strategy into action, and prepare engaging presentations that bring the division’s performance and strategy to life for all levels of the organisation will be invaluable. You’ll be responsible for reporting and forecasting our performance measures, oversight of the division’s operational and reporting systems. Working across different areas, you’ll ensure change projects and product launches that impact the SME Sales division are planned and executed seamlessly.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We’re looking for someone with broad operational experience who can lead on sales strategy and performance improvement across a number of different teams, and so previous experience working as an external consultant (preferably big 4) is a must.

 

Your strong business acumen and previous experience working across operational areas of complex multi-national companies, makes you an inspiring and credible leader and you can  demonstrate how to contribute to a business’s growth.

 

You have an analytical mind set and a strong commercial brain, you’ll influence others to action insight to continuously improve sales performance. You’ll inspire your colleagues to bring out the best in each of them to drive performance forward.
