Our Dialler Data Analyst position is an exciting opportunity within the Sales Optimisation Technology and Data team. The successful candidate work collaboratively within the team implementing projects which develop business processes to improve sales performance and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of dialler systems, contact centre methodology and MI reporting tools.

How will you add value on a day to day basis?

As our Dialler Data Analyst your focus will be on analysing large datasets to deliver value adding insight to support changes to the Eslbeth dialler system. This will also include reconciliation/ auditing data, deduplication within data sets and ad-hoc data manipulation. 

You will utilise your advanced MS Excel and SQL skills to create, develop and maintain clear and accurate reports/ data feeds where the use of live data is required. Working closely with the Dialler Development Analyst to deliver custom dialler development as and when required (including peer reviews). You will provide additional support to the Real Time Dialler Analysists, obtaining a full understanding of their role, to provide additional support as and when required during periods of absence. 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

If you’re considering applying for this role, given its technical nature, we would like to see evidence of experience with MS Excel, and strong SQL database experiences focused on analytics, data and querying within SSMS, alongside the ability to produce reporting utilising SSRS. C#, SSIS or programming experience would also be advantageous but not essential.  

Experience of working as part of a team within a data driven environment with an ability to embrace change will help you understand the expectations of the role.  You may often be presented with prioritising a changing workload and / or competing requirements, so a methodical, pragmatic approach to completing tasks is likely to work well. You must be confident in your presentation skills and capable of working under pressure.
