Why is our Property & Facilities Coordinator (London OR Gateshead based) the next step for you?

Supporting the Head of Property with all Worldpay offices around the globe, this is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in the day to day support for management of services and processes that support the core business. Engaging with a range of colleagues across the business you will ensure our offices are meeting the requirements of teams and that space is effectively used. You will also help manage office moves ensuring minimum disruption is experienced by colleagues.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be the guardian of all data related to office statistics, constantly remaining on top of the latest themes. Managing complete list of employees and ensuring changes are captured you will develop a network of contacts to help you compile statistics. Processing monthly occupation reports you will also make recommendations for changes to team/village allocations. In relocation projects you will coordinate and manage the "move database" along with scoping requirements for any external moving company involvement. You will support the management of any move resources (internal/external) and help ensure transparency with all stakeholders.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will be highly organised and effective with excellent attention to detail. You will possess strong excel skills, capable of creating and maintaining databases and able to interrogate data for insights and trend analysis using functions such as Pivot Tables, V/HLookups, IF statements etc. Personality is key. You should have a bright, outgoing positive nature, be comfortable engaging with a wide range of colleagues and have a solutions oriented mind set.
