How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

In this role, you will Work as part of a team that manages c350 accounts, answering a varied range of customer requests, from pricing queries to set-up.

You will manage an individual portfolio of c. 20 customers where you will develop a deep understanding of their business and advise them on both their payment needs and their broader 2-3 year business agenda.

This is a varied portfolio so you will have exposure to customers from various different industries in various locations. You will also work with various business units internally giving you great insight into Worldpay, the industry and the opportunity to demonstrate how we add value through our partnerships.

You will be an excellent communicator, results focused and self motivated. You will understand how to achieve the most from each working day; be curious and persistent with your questioning; and have a passion for developing relationships.
