Centralising our operations, onboarding of new products, support of new customers, incorporation of new regulations, and implementation of new technologies all creates opportunity to drive targeted operational improvements. Using MI and Insight Methodologies (LEAN) we need you to discover and drive change enabling operational improvements. We want you to build upon what we've started, leverage operational data and continue to improve our evolving complex organisation.
What will you be doing on a day to day basis?
Working with the Head of Operational Excellence as a focused group you will develop an deliver continuous improvement strategies and implement action plans across multiple operational areas. Embedding a change framework via a proven methodology (LEAN) you will devise and track KPIs across the location. Responsible for associated budget and cost models you will drive efficiencies whilst supporting wider leadership objectives for the location. You will present performance metrics in meetings and highlight emerging threats and opportunities. You will also develop a network of business-wide relationships.
What will make you right for the role?
You will be an experienced LEAN (or similar) practitioner having delivered continuous improvement programmes in a complex organisational environment. We will want to hear about your achievements successfully identifying and delivering operational improvements and how you have managed the budgets/costs. Financial Services, Payments or FinTech sector experience preferred however not essential (consulting experience for example).
