Supporting over 300 different payment methodologies in over 100 currencies, the processes that we must follow are continually evolving in response to technological innovation. We need to stay ahead of this, ensure our processes are clearly captured, followed and evolved.
You will be responsible for documenting Worldpay end to end business processes, primarily using Nimbus and working with process owners, to facilitate and manage the ongoing review and update of process maps. The processes will be captured through workshops attended by the Process Owner and relevant Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”) and will be at a level above the standard operating procedures and systems requirements. As part of the overall data gathering processes you will also be required to work with relevant control and risk champions to capture controls and risks and to maintain and keep the process catalogue up to date.
What will you be doing on a day to day basis?
Planning and facilitating process mapping workshops. Facilitate the draft of the processes and upload to Nimbus. Periodic review of existing processes. Maintain and develop relationships with all process owners and SMEs. Engage with Risk and Control champions ensuing information is captured in Wynyard in a timely manner. Maintain MI related dashboards.
What will make me right for this role?
Proven experience of business analysis and process optimisation within business wide project initiatives (or having contributed to such initiatives). Previous process mapping experience or experience within production of hierarchical enterprise wide process models. Experience facilitating work groups or focus groups.
