How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

This role will be working as part of Application Support Team to seek resolution of production incident. Key Purpose of the Role- SLA Management, timely support of incidents and problems reported in application. Makes sure team develop FIXs/enhancements with high quality and using appropriate/applicable latest and stable technologies.

 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Candidate with Experience in Troubleshooting and investigation of production system problems. Working with L3 support Manager to deliver fixes and maintain SLAs Coordination and implementation of essential production maintenance tasks Statistic gathering following production events. Troubleshooting and investigation of production system problems. Regular reviews of the incident management queues. Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team

•    3+ years of experience developing and designing software modules/features

•    Core Java (Threading, Collections, Networking, Memory Management)

•    J2EE (JMS, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI )

•    Jboss 7 or Weblogic 10.3+

•    Web Services (REST/ AXIS 2.0/ SOAP)

•    J2EE Design Patterns

•    Spring MVC or Hibernate or Struts 2

•    Splunk

•    Maven, Git
