The Enterprise Management service provides Worldpay’s monitoring, alerting and event visualisation capability. With a growing and complex systems landscape, the ability to monitor Worldpay systems availability is critical in delivering world-class stable services to our merchants and customers.

In this role, you’ll oversee all live service and engineering activities, including maintaining and improving product standards and engineered builds. You will perform the role of Technical Service Owner, ensuring the production service is delivered to the rest of business to a world-class standard. 

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, so we’ll expect you to demonstrate both managerial and technical leadership to provide continuity of live services.  The Enterprise Management team will drive Worldpay product standards and engineered builds whilst taking into account enterprise technology architecture, business requirements, industry direction, technology innovation and input from 3rd party delivery partners. 

Our Infrastructure and Operations teams are based in Europe, Asia and North America.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You’ll demonstrate strong managerial and technical leadership experience within an infrastructure design and/or engineering organisation. You’ll have experience with management of live-services within an enterprise organisation, creation and management of product roadmaps and technology product selection. Experience with design, engineering and implementation of infrastructure solutions are important, as well as operational experience with one or more of these technologies: BMC suite (Entuity, TrueSight, ADDM, BPPM), Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow and Moogsoft/ Splunk ITSI or similar.
