As a Resource Administrator you will report to the Resource Planning Manager and provide administrative support to the Planning Analysts, ensuring that the Worldpay UK centres are staffed efficiently and that resource is in the right place at the right time to support our customers. You will administer the workforce management system (WFM) across all supported areas and be responsible for ensuring all systems include accurate data.  You will also get the opportunity to learn about the planning cycle and be part of an integral team within the business.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will support the Resource Planning Analysts by providing updates in relation to offline management e.g. annual leave, sick absence, performance coaching. You will balance service level vs. business needs by managing, administering and maintaining agent schedules e.g. non core activities and holidays, and contribute to ensuring planned service level is achieved (Telephony and Back Office).

 

We will look to you to represent the Resource Planning team across the various floors we support in Gateshead and be the front line for general queries into Resource Planning.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Due to the fast pace nature of the role you will be able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own workload as well as be able to manage changing priorities.

You will be have MS Office application experience and knowledge of workforce planning tools, Cisco telephony system and the planning process would be advantageous.  

With regards to soft skills we’re looking for an enthusiastic, team player who can use excellent communication skills to develop strong relationships across the business. The successful candidate will be self motivated and proactive.
