Why is our Personal Assistant role the right next step for you?

Based in the City of London, this role will be responsible for supporting two charismatic business leaders, you will be an experienced PA with superb organisational and diary management capabilities with a interest in moving to a FTSE100 environment. The position will require you to apply intuition and insight in managing two extremely busy Directors with often conflicting schedules providing smooth and seemless support whilst adding value to go above and beyond traditional PA responsibilities.

How will you add value on a day to day basis?

Aside from the BAU PA duties, where you will have strong experience in managing diaries effectively, booking and co-ordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, preparing relevant documents and taking notes, this role calls for someone who has a very pro-active approach in the way they work. This person must have an ambition to not only grow as an individual but also within the business. It is important that you have the ability to be solutions driven and maintain a positive mind-set and be able to always be one step ahead of your Senior Executives. Anticipation is key!!

This role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring a high level of confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail and provision of efficient support to all three senior executives. You will need to be able to get things done and delivered, so to be successful in this role you will need impeccable time management skills and have a flexible and committed work ethic.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

To be successful in this role, it is highlighted that you are exceptionally skilled and numerically literate in using PowerPoint and Excel. You will possess a strong proactive attitude and need to have excellent communication skills as there is a high level of stakeholder management at all levels across the business. You will have initiative and problem solving ability, to ensure that you can engage with stakeholders. Previous experience in organising team building away days and events would be beneficial. You will maintain a flexible attitude and can work in a highly pressurised, fast paced and challenging environment and prioritise work accordingly.
