How will you add value on a day to day basis?
As a Fraud Analyst you’ll be responsible for the daily monitoring of Merchants activity worldwide and the end to end investigation on cases generated through our fraud monitoring system. The team complete risk reviews of UK merchants during, ensuring cases are completed within our SLA's.
You will be the first contact point for risk advice, process guidance and system knowledge to both external and internal customers, you will strive to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of financial & risk management preferably in the B-2-B environment. We are looking for someone with a high standard of both written and verbal communication and good attention to detail. You will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work to deadlines as a part of the team and independently.
You will have gained some customer service experience and have the confidence and assurance to be able manage difficult conversations with customers and be able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
Ideally you will have an understanding of fraud risk management and some familiarity with other risk types including credit risk, money laundering and compliance.
