How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will manage and coach a team of 5, as well as supporting 1-2 Tier 1 Accounts. You and the team will provide dedicated support to large corporate global organisations, strengthening relationships and helping them with a wide range of non-commercial queries. You will be both tactical as well as getting in stuck in with hands-on support. You’ll work directly with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer.
You will liaise with external technology providers, scheme fee providers and corporate customers to achieve this. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they build strong partnerships with our customers.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have worked in a customer facing role, dealing with corporate customers. Preferably you were in a role where technical customer queries were the norm. You are an excellent communicator with strong coaching- and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team. You are fluent in Japanese and have good English language skills.
