How will you add value?

The Digital and Operations Marketing Director role has two sides: digital marketing and marketing automation. It drives a strategy for both and creates a strong base for its execution. You will help the team to evolve the website and improve our marketing automation platform and processes. You will also ensure that our social media channel is supporting all marketing campaigns and has meaningful and targeted content and a strong and consistent voice that aligns with PR and business objectives. As a thought leader you will plan the next success driven phase of our marketing automation and devise a migration plan for a new CRM platform. Through your communication and influencing skills you will work with the business on continuously adapting our website and showcasing the team’s work internally. In order to drive success you will analyse campaign results and advise on best ROI as well as create dashboards and reports to present to senior management.
