How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will provide dedicated support to our SME sales teams and our two largest strategic partners. You’ll make improvements by identifying issues, providing solutions and initiating change.
You’ll also drive customer engagement by delivering uncontested world-class standards of service to internal and external customers.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
We expect you to be confident, articulate and motivated to deal with loads of different types of queries and calls.
Your exceptionally engaging telephone manner will be second to none – you are happy on the phone investigating and fixing things.
