How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

As a Relationship Manager within our travel and retail vertical, you will be responsible for building and nurturing valuable relationships.

You will develop cross-sell opportunities and drive share of wallet growth by engaging merchants on vertical-specific roadmap and Worldpay value proposition based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitions. You will drive frequent commercial-oriented and roadmap-oriented dialogue with on-site visits (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews) as well as follow-up activities.

You will also have exposure to various business units internally including Delivery, Product Managers and Vertical leads to support merchant growth and develop solutions.  Furthermore, you will carry out data analysis to draw out insights that illustrate where Worldpay can add value.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have at least 2 years experience in a commercial role, engaging with and selling into corporate customers. You will have demonstrable evidence of managing customers and adopting a solution led approach, to actively network and grow revenue in line with targets.

You will be an excellent communicator, results focused, self motivated and highly focused on building a career. You will understand the importance of planning and organisation in order to achieve the most from each working day, whilst also bringing an up-beat personality and a natural energy to the role.
