Why is our Business Development role the next step for you?

As a Business Development Manager with us you’ll support our growth by targeting new corporate customers in China. Owning a portfolio of target customers you will build new relationships from scratch by adopting a consultative approach. This is a complex sales role with extended cycles (typically three to twelve months). By engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers you’ll come to understand the strategic objectives of our target companies in order then to deliver innovative solutions that provide maximum customer value. 

What will make you the ideal candidate?

We’d like to see significant experience of building sustainable commercial relationships. A background in software, technology and / or internet sales typically translate well in to our Business Development roles. In order to influence and drive decision making it’s important you’re a strong negotiator with a strategic approach to sales based on value. (Native Mandarin is required and good level English language skills).
