This is a newly created role working in the Manchester Business Support Centre. We are looking for an experienced MI Analyst with a passion for creating and delivering smart MI and insights.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
As the MI Analyst you will be working closely with Chris our Head of MI & Insight to develop, maintain and build upon our existing insight and reporting activities.
Overall, you will be responsible for the discovery, analysis and development of MI and insight to enable operational improvements, driving efficiencies and identifying areas of continuous improvement.
You will adopt a joined up approach with stakeholders across the Business to really understand MI and insight methodologies to help drive robust decision making. You can be expected to take ownership of the continuous development of the business support MI packs and bring your own personal experience and motivation to the role.
You will also be pragmatic in looking for continuous improvement by identifying issues, gathering information and finding practical solutions to drive best practice.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
Ideally, you will have at least 2-4 years experience in a similar role and proven experience of delivering insight & data led strategic deliverables through to implementation.
Any experience within the finance industry or in a regulated business would be advantageous and you must have a high standard of proficiency in all MS packages.
Stakeholder management is key in this role as you will be required to juggle multiple stakeholders across various different functions; therefore, you must have proven partnering skills with an ability to influence at a high level.
