A great role for both developing and established marketing managers it will provide you with full ownership to both develop a deliver the communication strategy and customer experience improvements some one of Worldpay UK’s biggest projects. You will also have responsibility for identifying potential customer experience issues and working to address these through communications to customers or with the use of operational teams.

You will have the help of a supportive and experienced team around you.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will develop and deliver communications to existing customers that are part of the project, working with agencies and operations to deliver these. You will work with the project teams to identify potential customer experience problems and put plans in place to help manage these working with the marketing, operational and project teams. You will work with the wider customer marketing team to deliver a great customer experience for Worldpay’s small business customers.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience, in payments or another related industry; experience working with small businesses would also be preferable.

An end to end understanding of Marketing is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to demonstrate strong communications skills, developing and delivering communications to customers and communicating and managing customer issues internally through operational teams.

The ideal candidate would also ideally have experience in identifying potential customer experience issues and managing improvements either through improved communication or process change. We are also after candidates that live the Worldpay values and that can deliver in a fast paced environment in a quickly changing industry.
