Based in Gateshead at our Team Valley offices, you will be part of Worldpay’s biggest operations centre. Our Gateshead teams are the frontline when it comes to dealing with our customers and making sure we deliver the best levels of service possible. Our Corporate Support Team is looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Support Executive to provide an excellent service to our Worldpay Total Corporate Customers.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Our Worldpay Total Customer Support Executives help these businesses manage their day to day queries, build great relationships and uncover opportunities to add value. You will provide dedicated support to large corporate global organisations, strengthening relationships and helping them with a wide range of non-commercial queries, such as: investigating payment & settlement related queries, predominantly to assist the customers with payment rejections, missing payments or reconciliations.

You will provide proactive and knowledgeable support, acting as a single point of contact for a designated portfolio of corporate clients.

You will have experience in a customer support role, where you have strengthened relationships and dealt with corporate (B2B) customers. Preferably you will have worked in a role where non-standard financial and technical customer queries were the norm. You have excellent communication skills and some experience of financial or payment queries would be beneficial. Because you’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team.
