Our eCom Solutions Engineering team has created a single centre of excellence for delivering the very best eCom products. Based on the needs of our customers and requirements from product management, our eCom Solutions Engineering function guarantees the most effective and efficient delivery of innovations for Worldpay Group, ensuring requirements rationalisation, effective platform ownership and timely delivery. The project portfolio includes business-led projects with technical complexity such as product launches with new platform infrastructure and security components, as well as technology-led projects such as capacity scaling, security upgrades and platform rationalisation.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

You will be responsible for technical analysis throughout the lifecycle of projects across Global eCom, as well as definition and validation of technical requirements, particularly non-functional requirements. You will assist Technical and Business Project Managers with the inception of new projects and build good relationships with our Business Analysts. Working closely with Product Owners to ensure technical aspects of projects are understood and prioritised accordingly is a key part of the role, as well as producing and obtaining sign-off of system requirements, including “as-is” and gap analysis, and producing and obtaining sign-off of functional and non functional requirements. You will provide information to support the production of project RACI matrix, provide information to support the production of operating model and work with third-parties to gather technical documentation and integration specifications.

Owning the eCom technology agile requirements process is an important part of the role. You will support test planning and execution for projects, support service transition processes and handover to support teams and provide input into post implementation reviews and ensure lessons learnt are built into processes going forwards. You will be a close member of the project team working collaboratively with stakeholders to get the best results.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Extensive systems analysis and end to end project lifecycle experience. You will have experience with business and requirements analysis, high quality documentation, data analysis, as well as technical analysis and documentation. You will have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and be well versed in problem solving.

Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous, as well as a background in software or database development. Strong presentation skills and the ability to embrace change are also ideal.
