Change Communications Analyst

You will be a part of the Business Enablement team, working closely with the New Acquiring Platform teams as well as Group Communication department. A core part of the role will be to work closely with the change teams, business divisions and our group communications function so no day will be the same.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
As a Change Communication Analyst you will be responsible for understanding the impacts of change to our internal and external customers. The outcomes of analysis must be translated into meaningful content pertaining to technical change which can be communicated to impacted parties via appropriate channels. This requires a high degree of analysis to understand what is changing and how and why this will impact various stakeholder groups. The role holder will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a strong empathy towards internal and external customers to understand what requires communicating.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You have worked within technical environment and excel in translating complex messaging into compelling briefs or emails to our SME, Corporate and Ecomm customers. You are able to understand the potential impact of change for multiple business functions both within Worldpay and for external customers and 3rd parties. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have relevant technical writing experience. You are highly motivated to work collaboratively and you are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities. You are centred on the customer and will enjoy working through ways to improve existing processes
