Regional Business Manager - London
Why is our Regional Business Manager role the next step for you?
This role will focus on selling a number of different Worldpay products to new SME customers with within a defined territory. Worldpay also empowers Sales Teams with the tools and techniques to generate their own leads through networking and partnerships.
Your base salary will be 38K plus a 20% benefits allowance (pension, benefits) uncapped commission (expected OTE will be £70-80K). You will also receive a fully expensed company car, phone, iPad and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Annual trips for top-performers to destinations like Cape Town or Barbados are the norm. Additional ‘spot incentives’ and prizes for various achievements are also common-place.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Worldpay UK is growing quickly and this role is crucial to the business – working within defined territory area, you will be responsible for building professional relationships across your local business networks, forums and attending events.
You will also develop pipelines of prospective new customers, including referrals from new and existing partners and introducers. We would expect you to generate c. 21 new customers every month. Developing monthly strategy and business plan for innovative ideas to attract new business and extend market share through Worldpay events and strategic partnerships.
