Are you passionate about delivering first class customer service? Would you like to develop your knowledge of one of the fastest growing technology businesses within the payments industry? Working with the Card Schemes (VISA/MasterCard etc), you will build knowledge of the rules and regulations around Data Security increasing internal and external awareness and reducing the risk of fines imposed and Data Account compromises.

 

What will I be doing on a day to day basis?

Your interpersonal skills will be essentially in driving face to face and over-the-phone relationships with customers requiring help with their payment data security compliance programmes. You can expect to be directly supporting customers achieve their compliance objectives through sound advice and consulting. As your knowledge of the PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards increase you can also expect to be getting involved in ad-hoc strategic projects, further broadening your internal network and knowledge of the business.

 

What will make me right for the role?

You will be a smart, outgoing, customer focused professional with a solutions orientated mind-set. You will be analytical in nature (with good Excel skills), self-motivated, self-sufficient and have a strong attention to detail. Whilst previous experience of the Payments Industry (or even more specific, Car Scheme rules) would be beneficial, it is by no means essential. You are likely to have at least 2 years professional experience and be targeting a move into a more technical area where you can develop niche knowledge.
