The Planning and Insight Team are fundamental in providing the best levels of service possible to our internal and external customers. We are responsible for ensuring the best people are in the right place at the right time to support our colleagues and customers across the various sites in the UK. A great role for an established Resource Planning Professional, it will provide you with ownership to develop best in class planning for your supported departments.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
As a Planning Analyst you will report to the Planning and Performance Manager, providing recommendations and expertise to Senior Operational Management and effectively deploying resources to achieve maximum efficiency and agreed service level targets. You will accurately forecast call/workload demand and deliver resource requirements to all supported operational and sales teams.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Planning Analyst, proficient in Workforce Management methods and familiar with working to tight deadlines. An end to end understanding of Front and Back office planning is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to demonstrate how they have applied their planning skills across scheduling strategies, forecast development and stakeholder communications. We are also looking for people who live the Worldpay values who can deliver in a fast paced environment in a quickly changing environment.
